The Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Doctor of Philosophy degree is granted only upon sufficient evidence of high attainment in scholarship and the ability to engage in independent research. Although courses are required for this program, the focus is on defending orally and in written form an independent research project.

Master of Engineering (M.Eng.)

Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering offers a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering through MAGE. The program requires successful completion of ten (10) approved courses (30 credits total). A thesis is not required.

Graduate Certificate in Engineering (GCEN)

Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering offers a Graduate Certificate in Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering through MAGE. The program requires completion of four (4) approved courses (12 credits total).
