Students in the P2OWDER (Pursuing Particulate Opportunities with Dedicated Engineering Research) lab work with a nanoparticle growth/deposition reactor. The lab focuses on the synthesis, characterization and applications of nanoscale materials. |
Students who wish to study at the Clark School apply for admission to the University of Maryland; there is no separate application for engineering. When filling out the university application, you may choose chemical and biomolecular
engineering as your intented major. You may also apply as an undecideded engineering major, and become a chemical and biomolecular engineering major after being accepted.
