Stochasticity in Gene Regulation Network Xin Fang

Objective
To determine the effects of stochasticity on gene regulation network.

Methods
Set up stochastic model with Stochastic Petri nets, and then compare with deterministic model of ODE.

Results
Stochastic and deterministic models have different results.

Future Work
Continue studies with more complex and real network.
