High-throughput transcriptional profiling analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana subjected to environmental perturbations

Objective
To study the transcriptional response of A. thaliana to environmental stresses applied individually and in combination.

Methods
Study expression of all the genes using full genome cDNA microarray followed by suitable statistical analysis of high-throughput data.

Results
Central carbon and amino acid metabolism is significantly affected due to the applied perturbations.

Future Work
To develop a mathematical framework to integrate it to metabolomic data of the same system.
