[Cast10] BARON on the NEOS server for optimization

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce the availability of BARON on the NEOS server
at http://neos.mcs.anl.gov/neos/solvers/go:BARON/GAMS.html.

The software can be used for the solution on nonlinear and
mixed-integer nonlinear programs to global optimality. The NEOS
server provides free access to the full version of BARON running
under the GAMS modeling system.
