AIChE National Capitol Section October Meeting
OCTOBER FEST BREWERY TOUR AND TASTING
October 15, 2003
Come and join us for a tour at the CAPITAL CITY BREW Pub
in Shirlington VA, the DC area's first brewery since prohibition.
Bill Madden the award winning head brewer at Capitol City
Brewing will be guiding us through the brewery and the beer
tasting.

fruit and soy ginger sauce.
Pacific rim pasta
Crispy garlicky tofu, snow peas, red peppers, green onions, carrots and
button mushrooms tossed with angel hair in a soy ginger sauce and
sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
