1. SAUSAGE SAMPLER: Variety of sausages cut bite size, served with German

2. CHICKEN SCHNITZEL: Boneless chicken breast, breaded and fried, served
with choice of two accompaniments - German potato salad, sauerkraut, red
cabbage, tomato-, cucumber-, 3-bean-, health- or carrot and raisin salad.
