The student chapter president of AIChE at Howard U, Mr. Ajamu Duncan,
has announced that the annual Howard/U Md. Student Night is set. It
will be Wed April 10, at 6:00 PM in Downing Hall in the Howard campus
in Room 1020 (across the hall from the auditorium). Downing is the
engineering building. It is accessible from Georgia Ave and sits between
Georgia and 6th St. The building is set back from Georgia Ave thru a
parking lot (which should have some spaces at night) just about one
building North and caddy-corner from the McDonalds which is at the corner
of Geo. and Sherman Ave. You can enter the lot from Geo. thru an open
gate with a brick wall.
The students have planned a program with the usual "ice breaker" and
then a presentation of some of the research work of Dr. Bill Collins of
Howard and also an award winning paper of one of the senior students.
