FESTIVE NCS EVENT PLANNED:
By popular demand, the NCS membership indicated (via the web-based survey)
a strong interest in visiting a local winery. So, we offer a fun weekend
event at the Breaux Vineyards on June 16, 2001, a Saturday. This is the
4th Annual Cajun Festival at Breaux Vineyards, complete with authentic Cajun
cuisine, music and dancing, as well as their award-winning wines. Celebrate
the festivities on Patio Madeleine, or just take in the views of the
mountains and vineyards. Vineyard staff will show you how to "laissez les
bons temps rouler!" No reservation is required. Just show up between 11 am
and 6 pm. The cost is $5.00/person, which includes a glass. Food will be
available, at an additional cost. For additional information of the Breaux
Vineyards, please check their website:
