    The NCS 2001 Ballot was sent out to all members last week and should be
    received sometime early this week. If you do not receive a ballot by the
    end of this week and would like to vote, please call or email Christine
    Knott (Email: knottcd@ih.navy.mil and Phone: (301) 744-2555) and a ballot
    will be sent to you immediately. The ballots must be postmarked by March 23
    and signed to be valid -- no exceptions.
